Commercial Ice makers  
Masterfrost commercial ice machines are available with a daily production from 25 – 280kg (55 – 617 lbs). The hard, clear thimble shaped ice is produced by a reliable ‘jet spray’ system, but unlike other ice cube makers, a patented system of waste heat recovery can reduce electricity costs by up to 20%. They are manufactured from brushed from stainless steel, and have an easy to clean moulded ABS ice storage bin. An ice scoop, water and drain hose are supplied with every machine.

Careful choice of materials and well designed refrigeration systems, means that these cabinets will work efficiently and reliably. With hot kitchens in mind, even the light duty upright cabinets have been designed to work in a maximum ambient of 32ºC (90ºF), while the heavy duty ranges are designed to 43ºC (110ºF) maximum ambient  

Coldrooms  
High volume chilled and frozen storage has never been easier.

A huge selection of coldrooms is available, each with a carefully matched ‘through the wall’ refrigeration system. The high quality coldroom panels can be quickly assembled on site, and the factory assembled and tested refrigeration system easily fitted into the ready made opening, minimising site time and disruption to your business. All the doors are lockable and are fitted with internal safety releases. To maximise the use of the coldrooms, strong 4 tier shelving is included.
  

Blast Chillers and Freezers  
Cooling foods in the open, or placing them hot into a standard refrigerator is no longer acceptable, and to prevent the growth of bacteria, hot food should be quickly chilled using a Blast Chiller. If food is to be frozen, the faster the freezing process happens, the smaller the size of ice crystals formed in the food, and therefore the better quality when defrosted. A Blast Freezer achieves this. By using a combined Blast Chiller / Freezer, you will get maximum versatility and use. These cabinets can chill the stated weights of food from 90º to 3ºC in 90 minutes, and from 90º to -18ºC in 240 minutes.
